“We” and “outbidonline.in” mean that entity. “You” means the person or business making a payment.

You are buying a paid listing placement — an advertising service. Your listing appears on a public leaderboard at the position your payment supports under the published rules.

This is not a contest, a competition, a lottery, or a game of chance. There is no prize and no draw. Nothing about your placement is random: the price of every rank is published in advance on the rules page and applied identically to every buyer. Words like “bid” and “outbid” describe how the price of a rank moves; they do not describe a wager.

• Not a permanent rank. Anyone may pay more and rank above you at any time. That is the stated design.
• Not a promise of traffic, clicks, signups or revenue. We publish our visitor and click figures on the stats page so you can judge for yourself. We do not guarantee any outcome.
• Not a reserved position. Rank is assigned when your payment is confirmed, at whatever position your amount supports at that moment — which may be lower than the rank you aimed for if someone paid in between.

Prices are in Indian Rupees. The amount displayed is the amount charged — nothing is added at checkout. GST is not applicable: the supplier is not registered under GST. A sequentially numbered receipt is emailed for every payment.

A new listing costs at least ₹500 and at most ₹99,99,999. Raising an existing listing charges only the difference, with a minimum raise of ₹100.

None of the following creates any right to a refund:

• Being outranked, at any time, by any amount.
• A Today or Daily board resetting at midnight Indian Standard Time. These boards are defined as single-day boards and their reset is not a fault.
• Receiving fewer clicks, visitors or customers than you hoped for.
• Changing your mind about the amount, the category or the listing.
• Removal of your listing for breaching section 6.

You confirm you are entitled to list what you submit, and that it is not a chat or invite link, adult content, a domain impersonating another brand, or anything unlawful in India. The full list is in the rules.

We may remove any listing that breaches this, without refund, and we will tell you why at the email you paid with. Removal hides a listing from the boards; the payment record is kept, because tax records must be.

We collect your name and email to issue your receipt and to reach you about your listing, and we hash visitor IP addresses to count clicks. Details are on the privacy page.

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business opportunity. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

We may change these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you pay. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of the place of registration above have exclusive jurisdiction.
